BRIDGE imagines a Texas where grassroots movements are intentionally cultivated, resources are abundant, collaboration is strategic, leaders are supported, organizations are resilient, and communities are enriched by a healthy, representative democracy. Progress starts here.

Founded in June 2021, BRIDGE Infrastructure Fund is a fiscally sponsored project of NEO Philanthropy, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization. BRIDGE Movements Fund, our separate but affiliated project, is a fiscally sponsored project of NEO Philanthropy Action Fund, a 501(c)(4) social welfare organization.

Position Summary

At BRIDGE, we know the best solutions to our most challenging issues are already in our communities — and it’s up to us to find, nurture, and grow them. The path forward for a better, more just, and more equitable Texas is by creating a network of strategic, focused, local, and intentional Black, Indigenous, and people of color (BIPOC)-led organizations that are seamlessly integrated into the existing progressive network.

The Program Manager is a passionate advocate for the startup organizations and founders leading some of the most exciting, innovative, and important democracy and justice projects across Texas. This role’s primary responsibilities are managing BRIDGE’s flagship program – Accelerator – from application to graduation, and empowering our alumni by leading our Collective program. The Program Manager will have the opportunity to be engaged in program design, selection, curriculum, logistics, delivery, and evaluation. This position reports directly to the Program Director and will work in partnership with our current Program Manager.
